Second visit to Pen y Waun farm shop today. Such a lovely warm welcome from Gavin. It was so lovely to learn that majority of the produce is all local and from the farm itself. Local chutneys and sauces also. We had the pork & apple sausages for dinner tonight. Has to be the most delicious sausages I’ve tasted. They went down a treat with the whole family. My husband and I stopped by today and bought a variety of meats. We bought some bacon, mince, steak, sausages and also had half a dozen eggs. We had a bacon and egg sandwich for our lunch and it was so tasty, you can definitely taste the difference in quality compared to the supermarket and we were also pleased with really reasonable prices there!We can't wait to try out the rest of the meats!
